Ingrid serves as Nationwide Manager of Retail Occupancy Planning on the Bank of America account. She manages a team of 7 occupancy planners, providing strategic placement and reorganization of the Bank’s Retail Portfolio, inclusive of approximately 4,600 Financial Centers. Ingrid and Team are responsible for strategic placement of target headcounts for sales associates throughout the portfolio. Additionally, Ingrid and Team provide documentation and rough order of magnitude financial estimates for small project improvements. Previously, Ingrid was a central team member with Bank of America’s Financial Center Design, Merchandising and Strategy at CBRE and also as a Bank direct Employee. During her tenure with Bank of America and CBRE Store Design, Ingrid’s focus was on Retail Strategy execution across the Bank’s nationwide portfolio, managing programs and projects development/execution with focus on adherence to Bank of America’s operational, strategic and architectural brand standards. Ingrid supported her SD+M Team Lead in managerial support of architects, designers and strategic planners. Ingrid acted as Renovation Team Lead of 10 individuals, supporting the Bank’s nationwide portfolio. Prior to her role at Bank of America, Ingrid served as Large Format Big Box and Department Store Design Studio Director at FRCH Nelson. Responsibilities included Program/Project Development and management, Business Development and Client Relationship building, Resource and Budget Management, Client and Vendor management. In this role, she concurrently managed a variety of International and stateside projects and teams; project sizes up to 1.25 million sq.ft. and project teams up to 15 individuals; teams comprised of varying disciplines (Designers, Architects/Drafters, Finish/Material experts). Earlier in her career, Ingrid was an Account Manager at Interbrand Design Forum, serving as Client Single Point of Contact for a variety of Fortune 500 companies simultaneously. While in this role, Ingrid’s focus was primarily on Business Development and continuity, Contract Development, Client Budgetary Estimation and Management, Internal Resource management, resource allocation and financial adherence/future projections. Ingrid began her career with Pavlik Design Team International as a Project Manager, focused on International and American Retail. While at PDT International, Ingrid built a strong foundation of excellence in Client Service, Exterior and Interior Architectural project development, execution and construction administration.
