I’m all about building strong collaborations, setting up smart processes, solution-oriented mindset and improving structures to deliver better results, with customer satisfaction always in mind. With an engineering background and solid field experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of roles: packaging industry, electric battery industry, international teams, business development, digital projects, customer support, and more. This gives me a well-rounded view of how everything connects, from customers to technical teams to execs. I played a key role in launching and growing Upcell Alliance, from project manager to General Secretary in 2023, an experience that gave me the opportunity to build a structure from the ground up and manage operations end-to-end.
