Background

About Ingrid Rombouts

With a background in economics and finance I have worked in banking for over several years with experience in change management, stakeholder management and leadership. I enjoy bridging the gap between finance, strategy and business and achieving tangible results with an enthusiastic team. As a person I am analytically strong with high degree of organisational awareness. My communication skills and natural leadership skills help me to build close relationships with a diverse range of people. I have talent for quickly understanding complex content and processes and translate this into clear presentations. I am goal-oriented and a team player who sees a problem as an opportunity to improve the world around me while always aiming to deliver results. I am currently exploring the next step in my career in which I am looking for a challenging management position in which I can combine my finance background with strategy, change management and business improvement, in an open and results-driven environment.
