I am a connector, passionate by people and use my strong analytical, personal and pragmatic skills to bring them together and jointly create results. True development is based on clarity, openness and trust, at every level of an organization. To this end I have extensive advisory and managerial experience. With my background in business administration and information management I have worked for over 25 years in business & management development, strategy & organization design and human development from a psychological angle. In my role as a managing consultant and coach I support the 'social & digital transition', the development of leadership,(agile) teams and individuals to benefit from their potential.
