Ingrid Stephens has over seventeen years experience in successful corporate strategy development. She has effectively leveraged her extensive Strategic Business, Finance and IT knowledge to deliver enterprise solutions in the Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications and Utilities (Water) industries. She served as Senior Team Lead (Phase I) and Programme Manager (Phase II) of the NCB Transformation team that led the total transformation change following the AIC acquisition of the Bank. More recently, Miss Stephens served as an Independent Financial Advisor to the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce in relations to Jamaica’s Global Logistics Hub Initiative. Amongst her other notable achievements, she has been credited with the successful development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) strategy for the NCB Group of Companies that provided a 360-degree view of the customer’s relationship across the Group, in addition to making it available through electronics channels. In 2003, she was made Head of the Customer Experience Management (CEM) Division, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, and later, head of the eBusiness & Merchant Services Division, with responsibility for the NCB Customer Care Centre, the Card Acquiring business, Prepaid Card Programs, Internet Banking and Telephone Banking, Short Messaging Services and NCB e-Commerce solutions. Miss Stephens is the founder and CEO of AMETRIN Company Limited, a regional Business Process Outsourcing company, serving both Corporate and MSME entities. AMETRIN provides electronic payment solutions through its partner companies to the Latin America and Caribbean markets. AMETRIN is a certified VISA Inc. service provider and Program Manager for the Latin America and the Caribbean Region as well as the Regional Representative and Program Manager for two (2) global electronic transaction processors.
