It was a privilege to be play a major role in this project. » Program managed $225k Nature Space playground, managing team’s 100+ volunteers,$100k of funding, and successfully opened the space with distinctive guests and Maggie Dent backing. The space went on to win a national award for its landscaping and community involvement, » Initiated & developed customer workshops for Retail store » Designed and establish a nursery in the Garden Centre, » Developed business transformation frameworks to allow for new retail business concept, » Initiated accounting systems, Installed POS systems, Staff recruitment, Developed and implemented staff training » Organised fundraising events, raising in $5k -$100k.
