About Inika W.

User Service vs Business, Quick Success vs Timeless Remains - who knows what gives? As a UX researcher, Data Analyst and a UX Designer, I thrive to ask people this question when they want a product. After being in the industry for a little over 4 years now, people still never know what they want from their products/from their users. Reach me out through in-mail or by building a connection if you think you're stuck too(I love having a nice chat about all things 'product'). Building more and more human-centric solutions and identifying the best practices for an increased UX Metrix has been my goal in the industry. As a participant of the Design and Research community, it is my understanding that a team will fail to build a product without communication, teamwork and change management. But don't we all fail before we rise up? Here I am, looking with sparkly eyes to being a part of your team, learning from each other, and building product efficiency and customer retention by 100%.Industry experience: Ed-Tech, Healthcare, Gold Investment, Logistics, Solar Energy, CRM ManagementSpecialities: UX research, UX Design for Agile environments(Mobile and Web), Data Visualization, Risk Management and Product Strategy, Mentorship and leadership and let's just say 'Outside-the-Box' approach to everything.
