About Initha Vijayakumar

Initha is dynamic and enthusiastic Architect offering management consultant services at Nacala, Mozambique. In her past, she was working in Jacobs as GID PC Lead for the ANZ Projects – Southern Australia (City-water Engineering). She in Jacobs, has specialized herself in providing cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, forecast costs and prepare project cost reports on a monthly basis. Since October 2019, Initha has also been specializing in an additional task of preparing the project cost reports to clients, on a weekly basis. This includes large scale data collection, analysis and monitoring of the forecasts, actuals, bookings and commitments. In her past, she was part of the PMO Team for a built 2.2 million sft IT SEZ building, where she was involved in design management predominantly along with procurement, costing and scheduling. She has also extended her support for the marketing team as well, for their promotions. Initha has completed her Post Graduation Programme in Advanced Construction Management at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), where she has researched on numerous innovative financial instruments for financing infrastructure sector. Further to this, she has completed her Project Management internship excelling at the field of interior- fit outs in Vendor Management, Estimation, Cost-analytics and Projects Scheduling & Monitoring, and Architect Internship excelling in Residential and Commercial Design Management up to 6 lakh sqft.
