Coaching is my passion. Working with individuals, teams and groups in discovering and strengthening capabilities and potential to develop and grow. Discovering the courage to make a change and live a meaningful life. As a coach I specialize in developing as a leader and professional, transitioning into a new role and position, and finding a new career. I also work with organizations in organizational development projects. I work in Finnish and English. I am an experienced and passionate coach, executive career coach and organizational development professional, Dr.Sc. in work psychology, Certified Business Coach (ACC), author, and entrepreneur. My expertise is a combination of strong personal experience and theory. I have diverse experience from corporate, academic and non-profit sectors. I have worked in multiple positions in management and leadership, management consulting and research. I have worked in Finland, Sweden and USA. I have a doctoral degree from Helsinki University of Technology (present Aalto University) in the field of work psychology and leadership and a master’s degree on law from University of Helsinki. I am Certified Business Coach (ACC). My key expertise includes areas of leadership, organizational and people development, capabilities, coaching, and future of work and career management. I believe you can combine different passions and capabilities in your career, and make brave career moves. It's never too late, you're never too young or never too old.
