As a team lead, program manager and lean six sigma blackbelt, I've proven to be enthusiastic, analytical, goal-driven, curious, conceptual, creative and a flexible team player. I take a helicopter view, but know the devil is in the details. This means I easily zoom in and out on topics and goals. Also in the organisation I am approachable on the shop floor and take my role in a management team. My mission is to enable and empower teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects and programs that align with the company's vision and goals. I lead by building up confidence, setting clear processes and involving those who need toe be involved. I have expert knowledge in lean, six sigma, program & project management, data, strategic planning and change management especially within Logistics and Supply Chain. I am passionate about solving (complex) challenges and taking people along on this journey!
