I have roughly nineteen years of professional experience in both sales and administrative capacity and twelve of those years specifically in the insurance business as an Insurance Producer. Interacting with customers on a regular basis is fulfilling and being a part of Shepard Walton King Insurance Group, a company in which they have the same goals and beliefs as I do makes it much more rewarding. Shepard Walton King Insurance Group is well known throughout the industry for treating customers well. I am able to add my passion for customer service to a team of such dedicated agents. I confidently bring my knowledge and insight gained through my various experiences to the Shepard Walton King Insurance Group. Successful Insurance agents need to communicate effectively on both sides of the table, and I have a track record of just doing that. My attention to detail contributes to doing what I call "Insurance Forensics". Disecting prospective clients policies and finding their gaps in coverage is one of my strengths. My role is to look at everything and take extra care to clear up any questions or concerns my clients have. I have had the opportunity to work in three (3) major industries: Retail Management, Education, and Insurance Services. Within these industries I have had the opportunity to learn human resource policies, procedures and the protocol necessary to enforce them ethically and without liability, as well as customer service and sales. From my work in operating and managing my own Insurance Agency I have sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. In my past positions, I have gained a lot of sales, customer service experience and much more. Combine all this experience with my natural talents (analytical problem solving, great people skills, etc.) and with my work ethic I am proud to say you have a well-rounded Insurance professional to have working with you.
