About Insaf Rizvi

With a robust background in e-commerce and digital marketing, I have successfully led and transformed online retail operations across multiple industry-leading companies in Sri Lanka. As the Assistant Manager of E-Commerce at Softlogic Retail Holdings, I spearhead the strategic and operational efforts for mysoftlogic.lk, leading digital marketing and creative teams to achieve significant topline growth. My work involves everything from designing comprehensive website wireframes for revamps to collaborating with global partners like Meta and Google to optimize ROI and elevate the brand's online presence.Prior to this, I honed my skills at Daraz, where I managed high-impact web campaigns, drove over in monthly GMV through strategic merchandising, and played a pivotal role in launching innovative projects like Daraz Points, which saw massive user adoption. My journey also includes a key role at ikman.lk, where I led market research and digital marketing efforts to boost online sales, and an earlier stint at Pico Group, where I was instrumental in securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies.
