Hey there, I'm Inti! Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri I quickly moved to Argentina to live with my now husband. Although I studied accounting and business in college I loved my 5 years in Argentina being a waitress for the one and only vegetarian / vegan restaurant in the city. When I moved back to the United States I spent time farming, working at food co-ops and bike shops. I now live in Minneapolis and have dedicated the past 3 years in end of life care, becoming a death doula. After being a hospice volunteer and a Personal Care Assistant I realized how limited end of life care is in the emotional realm. I spend a lot of my time outside of work community organizing political education and mutual aid to help the most marginalized communities get food access and support.
