About Ioana Dragosin

With a background in Management and economics, I have the ability to work in complex business environments. I am curious and always seek challenging environments. My international experiences and intercultural background helped me to grow as a professional, to be able to adapt quickly in different situations or different functions with flexibility. I am motivated by new challenges that push me beyond my limits and give me the opportunity to learn something new every day. I am a person which do things and is accountable for, which set priorities when needed. I’m a target oriented person which keeps promises, finish what starts. I know that somebody’s else work rely on my work to be well done and I don’t want to let them down. And I’m all the time keeping myself updated in order for me to perform well in my role.I have an organized style in my work, trying to be more precise and more accurate in everything I do. I’m honest, objective and also ambitious trying to learn all the time. I always do my best in order to help my colleagues and teach them what I know by giving examples and coach them as much as possible.
