About Ioana Iosif

I am an experienced Whole Life Carbon and Sustainability Consultant. My role is to assess the carbon footprint of different building types and identify potential material alternatives that could be applied to reduce the carbon emissions over a building’s life cycle. My previous experience was related to BREEAM International New Construction, BREEAM UK New Construction, but also LEED and EDGE certification. I was responsible of preparing the evidence necessary for obtaining the targeted level by- conducting different studies: Life Cycle Assessment, Sustainable Procurement Plan, Designing for Durability and Resilience, Site Waste Management Plan, Functional Adaptability- gathering other relevant information: layouts, technical sheets, confirmation letters, photographic evidence-uploading the documents for assessment-providing the required input for the Final Assessment Report by filling in the comments sections (including all necessary references to other evidence documentation).
