I have over six years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction industry, ensuring safe and sustainable work environments for various projects and operations. Previously, I was the HSE Manager at EKME S.A, a leading engineering and contracting company, where I oversaw and implemented the HSE policies and procedures for all activities. I ensured compliance with national and international standards and regulations, such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and EU directives. I also managed and coordinated multiple HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments, as well as facilitated training and awareness programs for staff and contractors. As a result, I contributed to the improvement of the HSE performance and culture, reducing accidents, incidents, and environmental impacts by over 30%.
