A highly driven telecommunications professional with over 25 years' experience in the Network Operations and Quality division of Vodafone Greece. Valuable leadership and project management expertise, as holding a manager position for more than 4 years (leading Service Assurance and Performance teams, as well as leading the responsible ones for Change, Incident and Problem Management. Monitoring, Radio Network Performance and Budget and Contract Management). Managing the development and implementation of complex multi-track local and international projects within time and budgetary constraints in both mobile and fixed networks technologies. Some of my recent major successes are the deployment of a new Change Management Tool (2021) based on ITIL prototype and the completion of a large-scale program of Vodafone Greece’s Fixed, Transmission, Field and Buildings Support, Operation and Maintenance Services migration to a Joint Venture company (2019). During the pandemic crisis, for the first time in the company’s history, the effective establishment of a remote Network Monitoring Center was an unprecedented success. A broad range of knowledge acquired exists consisting of diplomas in management studies (2010). Certified as Project Management Associate - IPMA Level D in April 2016 as well as Lead Auditor for the ISO 9001:2015 in November 2016.
