About Ioannis Nikopoulos

I call myself a generalist; with almost 7 years of software engineering experience as a technology consultant on 7 Projects for clients in 6 countries (Greece, Australia, UK, Canada, Germany, US), I’ve worn many hats; I started as a Developer, but soon took over Technical Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities. In my last project, I was leading a team of software developers. Using agile methodologies, I’ve worked on the end-to-end implementation project lifecycle, from inception, to planning, development, testing and production release. The client-facing projects have strengthened my skills to understand business requirements and translate vague concepts into an implementation roadmap, advise and influence the decision making leveraging my technical expertise. I have excelled in communication with stakeholders from different teams and levels, setting goals and estimations, managing deadlines and expectations, and resolving conflicts. I am known for my excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and efficient approaches on problems, and I’m looking forward to applying my strengths in my next role.
