That’s why I started working in AI, language models and machine translation back in 2009, long before it was popular. Since then, I’ve led end-to-end delivery of multilingual platforms and applied AI to real-world, high-stakes environments. I bring 20+ years of experience, including 15+ years in leadership roles. My management style is pragmatic, data-informed, and people-first. My approach to innovation is grounded: test fast, scale what works, learn always. As we enter a new era of collaboration between people and intelligent agents, I focus on designing systems—and teams—that can thrive in this hybrid future. I see leadership not just as guiding people, but also orchestrating human–AI cooperation for long-term impact. I love coding and keep doing it (mostly Java and Python).
