About Ionut Truta

Working with multiple departments throughout my carrier, such as Finance, Customer Care, Logistics etc. helped me increased my skills when it comes to decision making, prioritizing tasks and keeping a tight deadline. From my latest experience in the Finance department, I've became mindful regarding potential consequences generated by business disruptions, thus I've tried to train myself to think ahead about possible risks affecting day to day business and continue to seek and explore multiple points of view in order to avoid such situations. Having been directly implicated in multiple transitions and selected to be a person of contact has increased my ability and performance to interact with different individuals from the hierarchical scale within my organization and outside as well. This has helped me learn and develop a lot in various fields due to the multi diversity situation I was exposed to. Nonetheless and also based on the feedback of my colleagues I consider myself client orientated with a high touch to details and optimistic perspective.
