Product Manager with a wide experience as a Senior Project Manager in Government, European, and State Aid projects for both Romanian & multinational companies (covering diverse industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy, recycling, pharmaceuticals and more), as well for public authorities (across various domains like smart city, urban mobility, urban regeneration, energy efficiency and others). With over 18 years in the field, I have been managing end to end projects, growing teams, negotiating key terms and influencing stakeholders, achieving goals in line with project requirements. For me communication is key and over the years I have built strong professional relationships across all levels, including key clients, colleagues, employees, suppliers, shareholders, and executive management stakeholders. I am always looking for new opportunities across all areas to expand my expertise.
