Telecommunications and investment professional with hands-on experience in greenfield projects and cross-border initiatives across Asia and Africa.I have been involved in the on-the-ground execution of greenfield mobile telecommunications projects, including the commercial launch and expansion of mobile and mobile financial services in Ethiopia, working in collaboration with the Vodafone Group. I also played a key role in winning a unified telecommunications license tender in Ethiopia, contributed across governance design, regulatory strategy, government stakeholder engagement, financing arrangements, and risk management.My background includes corporate strategy planning, business planning, project management, and shareholder-related matters for mobile operators in Mongolia. I also have business experiences in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar. In addition, I have worked on investment transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side, covering financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and contract negotiations, and have been involved in portfolio management of telecommunications and digital companies.
