With a recently completed Master's degree in Kinesiology and Bachelors of Kinesiology from Brock University, my journey at Signature Living has evolved from an intern to a Fitness Instructor within the span of a few months. At the heart of my role, I empower senior residents through fall prevention classes and personalized wellness programs, significantly enhancing their living independence and confidence. My technical proficiency, bolstered by certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid and Gentle Yoga, complements my interpersonal skills to foster positive transformations and relationships. The transition from academia to hands-on community health mentoring reflects my commitment to applying evidence-based practices for the betterment of active aging populations.
