Hello, and welcome to my Linkedin profile! I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Coastal Engineering at Middle East Technical University. My academic journey has been an exciting and rewarding experience, allowing me to delve into the impacts of climate change on coastal cultural heritage. I am eager to expand my knowledge in the coastal engineering field focusing on not only climate change but also hydrodynamics, climate adaptation of coastal structures, coastal erosion, and more. During my studies, I’ve developed strong skills in research, data analysis, problem-solving, and academic writing. Also, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a research assistant for a project titled “Vulnerability Assessment of Turkiye’s Coastal Cultural Heritage to Sea-Level Rise and Its Impacts”, attend one of the insightful and exciting international conferences, SCACR, in Istanbul with an oral presentation which have enhanced my enthusiasm toward the field of coastal engineering. As a Marketing Specialist at Prota Software, I apply my creativity and analytical skills to design and implement effective marketing campaigns for a leading software company in the engineering industry. I collaborate with the sales, product, and design teams to create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, webinars, social media posts, and newsletters, that showcase the value and benefits of Prota Software's solutions. I am passionate about communicating and connecting with our target audience, and delivering high-quality and relevant content that meets their needs and expectations. My long-term goal is to continue my academic journey at the doctoral level, and enrich my academic journey by studying on various topics of coastal engineering, climate change, and cultural heritage.
