About Irena Greblo

Hello, I am Irena, an ambitious accounting professional with over a decade of experience. To me open and direct dialogues are a must. They save us time, energy and give us the opportunity to be focused, efficient and get better results. Also, they allow us to have healthier relations with our coworkers and clients. In business and private life what I seek is transparency, trust, mutual cooperation, accountability, respect, which are some of the qualities that I like to share myself. When issues come along I try to understand them by talking and working together with my team so that we, either, feel safe and fix problems. I believe by doing so we can build an amazing environment which leads to strong relationships, and is a good soil for building self-confidence and growth in every member of the team, which on the long run give extraordinary results. Most of my free time I like to spend in nature. Some other interests that I'm into are traveling, arts, good music and dancing. If you like to chatch up for a meeting, feel free to contact me.
