Experience in leading system/software implementations, expansions and different improvement projects, working with a variety of stakeholders, globally, across the organization and on a different level of seniority. Able to simultaneously work on multiple projects, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certified. Czech (EU) citizen. Projects System/Software Implementations Implementation of SAP cloud based system in the Daimler Truck/Mercedes Benz warehouses. Delivered employee benefits software (Darwin) in EMEA and APAC for 10+countries. Delivered time and attendance tracking system in Japan, Netherlands, Slovakia and Ireland, impacting more than 10 employees. Part of the project team working on the Human Capital Management tool deprecation and implementation of few supporting tools. Expansions Led 15+ legal entity changes, M&A, in-country and new country expansion projects for the Amazon businesses: AWS, Kuiper, Logistics, Physical stores and Operations, in different global locations.
