About Irene Bertucci

I am a communicator and a journalist. I currently work for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as an expert in strategic communication and neurolinguistics, I teach for the Italian School of Public Administration “SNA” where I design and deliver courses on effective communication, media relations, and public speaking for public sector executives. I have over twenty years of experience in consulting and training for major public and private Institutions. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate as a communication expert with renowned organizations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior, the Italian Red Cross, Rete Ferroviaria Italiana, and the Italian Army. My areas of expertise include media training, journalism and persuasive writing, public speaking, media training, conflict management. I am also the co-founder and director of Eidos Communication – School of journalism and political communication- where I have organized over 300 editions of workshops and Master's programs in journalism, communication, and political language. In 2022, I published my last book "Non fraintendermi!", a practical guide to effective communication, free from misunderstandings and biases. A keen observer of human behavior and passionate about language, I earned a degree in Communication Sciences with a thesis in Semiotics on the challenges of non-verbal language. I hold advanced certifications in Neurolinguistics, Storytelling for Leaders, Strategic Communication, Ericksonian Conversational Psycholinguistics, Negotiation and Leadership from leading global institutions. I have had the privilege of training diplomats, military officials, CEOs, and public servants both in Italy and internationally. Among the courses I teach are: Effective Communication Strategies, Strategic Communication, Persuasive Writing Techniques, Communication for Consular Networks, Negotiation Techniques According to the Harvard Method, Public Speaking, Media Training, Interview Techniques and Communication for CEOs. My commitment remains focused on shaping the field of Institutional communication, where I aim to bridge the gap between traditional media and modern communication strategies. My goal is to contribute to creating a virtuous world where every person understands the importance of effective communication, free from conflict and built on mutual understanding.
