About Irene Cabello

What drives a company forward? For me, it’s always about people. I’m a Talent professional with a background in Psychology and several years of experience making sure people are in roles where they can succeed and grow. From hiring large teams in retail to filling specialized roles in multinational companies, I’ve learned that recruitment isn’t just about filling a job — it’s about building trust, supporting culture, and keeping people engaged over the long term. Along the way, I’ve also contributed to broader HR initiatives such as internal communication, engagement action plans, performance evaluations, and workplace climate assessments. These experiences have given me a more complete view of how people strategies support both individual development and business results. Curious by nature and passionate about learning, I enjoy exploring new HR trends, digital tools, and ways to make the candidate experience more meaningful. I believe that creating a positive workplace culture isn’t just “nice to have” — it’s the foundation for lasting business success. So, here’s the question: how can we make work not only productive, but also inspiring? That’s what I try to answer every day in my role.
