About Irene Chan

I’m passionate about bridging the gap between technology, learning, and user experience—helping teams and customers feel confident and empowered. My journey began with a fascination for how people think and learn, which led me to earn a Master’s in Applied Cognitive Psychology. That curiosity about human behaviour and decision-making has shaped every step of my career.Over the past eight years at Exact, I’ve grown from customer support, where I learned the importance of clear communication and empathy, to UX design, creating intuitive experiences for users. Today, as Team Lead for Product Learning & Enablement, I bring those insights together. What I bring to the table:+ Leadership in product learning strategy and team development+ Expertise in UX research, customer journey mapping, and digital engagement+ Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and German+ A proven track record of improving customer experience and internal processesI thrive at the intersection of technology, psychology, and education, helping organisations unlock potential through smarter learning and better design. If you share a passion for learning innovation, UX-driven enablement, or SaaS adoption, let’s connect, I love exchanging ideas that make technology work for people.
