About Irene Field

Experienced retail banking professional with a strong passion for driving team success and fostering a collaborative work environment. My focus has always been on ensuring seamless branch operations while upholding strict compliance with federal regulations. In my current role, I've developed impactful coaching strategies for onboarding new team members, helping them exceed monthly sales goals and continuously empowering staff to reach their full potential. I thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, consistently inspiring my team to meet and surpass branch objectives. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional service to credit union members by providing tailored financial solutions that meet their needs. Giving back to the community is a core value of mine; I led Keesler Federal's volunteer efforts for the Special Olympics Summer games at Keesler AFB, collaborating with base personnel, the Community Development Officer, and employees to ensure a smooth and successful event.
