With over 15 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, I bring deep functional expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for people development. I began my career as a D365 Consultant in 2009 and currently serve as Group Manager for D365 Business Analysis at Avanade, where I lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants. My focus is on transforming CRM environments to align with strategic business goals, enhancing user experience, and integrating modern Microsoft capabilities. This includes leveraging the full potential of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Copilot AI to deliver intelligent, connected, and scalable customer experiences. I’m passionate about driving digital transformation through low-code/no-code solutions, seamless collaboration, data-driven insights, and automation, ensuring every solution is aligned with Microsoft best practices and tailored to real business needs. In addition to my D365 expertise, I work closely with SAP integration teams and have successfully delivered numerous integration updates, new integration projects, and cloud-based solutions involving AWS. I also have experience delivering CRM solutions in the investment banking sector, further strengthening my ability to bridge business and technical teams across complex environments. Originally from South Africa, I immigrated to the Netherlands in September 2021, expanding my industry experience from civil engineering, mining, and finance into manufacturing and life sciences. Working at Avanade has enabled me to operate at both strategic and delivery levels within a global organization.
