PACFA REGISTERED - Irene is a Graduate of the Australian College of Applied Psychology With a degree in - Bachelor of Social Science. and excels in a well-developed understanding of social policy in the public, private and community-driven workforce. Her fluency in both English and Greek has allowed her to embrace the multiculturalism and diversity needed in her more than seven years of hands-on, consumer relations experience as a sales assistant at MYER before beginning her marketing and community development internships abroad in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bridging her experience in community development with a passion for social media marketing and communications, Irene travelled abroad and joined the Baton Rouge Blues Foundation as their Community Outreach Intern in December 2016. Now back in Sydney, Irene aspires to utilize her cross-cultural strategic communications, social media marketing, and fundraising experience to improve the workplace. She participates vigorously in community activities, recently serving as the Survey and Foundation Coordinator of the Baton Rouge Blues Festival, sales volunteer for the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and event and sales volunteer for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
