About Irene Rose

As a Network Success Manager at Unite Us, I leverage my MPH and over eight years of public health experience to bridge the gap between health and social care. I lead implementation and expansion of the Unite Us' network of community-based organizations and health care providers across the country, ensuring seamless coordination and referral of services for the most vulnerable populations. My passion is to help meet the needs of communities and ensure equitable access to care and services for all. I have a strong background in data analysis, program implementation, and communication, which I use to monitor and evaluate the impact of Unite Us' network, identify opportunities for improvement, and work to implement best practices with various health and wellness serving organizations. I also partner with local and state stakeholders, funders, and advocates to promote Unite Us' vision and mission of transforming health and social care delivery.
