I am passionate about healthcare and have previous international working experience in Australia, America and the United Kingdom. My professional work has been recognised internationally through a patent in Australia and the USA as well as a licence agreement with industry partner, OrthoPediatrics. I have experience working on large cross country projects including the development of an HIV POC tool (South Africa, Australia, China, Kenya, USA), which was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. I have previously been awarded a University of Edinburgh academic fellowship, an Oxford Oxford Clarendon Scholarship, the Sydney Medical School Summer Research Scholarship, the EIT Health Translational Research Fellowship and the Oxford Travel Abroad Burary Bursary. My research work has been presented at the British Parliament, to Australian state health ministers as well as at orthopaedic conferences worldwide.
