Currently associated with GREENKO GROUP as a DUPUTY MANAGER (WIND O&M), Strong Technical knowledge of Wind turbine Generator Major Components and its large correctives. Planning, Management and Co-ordination of all on site personnel to ensure all works (Scheduled Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance of WTG’s). is performed timely, efficiently, and safely & control of general day-to-day on site issues and reporting. Responsible for the WTG O&M and Performance monitoring of 128 MW capacity operational wind form. Co–ordination with the other support departments for improve the Machine Generation and Machine Availability in order to achieve the budgeted target Generation. Responsible for performance evaluation of the entire fleet of assets and reporting to management on Weekly/Monthly basis. Responsible for Operational analysis of wind turbines, including Power Curve analysis, Temperature Analysis, Spare consumption analysis and repeated error analysis. Co-ordination with external vendors for ensuring the compliances as per statutory requirements. Performing the WTG Quality audits, EHS audits. WTG Material Managements, and co-ordination of Vendors to ensure the timely dispatch the required materials on real time basis.
