About Irie Earnest

I'm a technical writer with a passion for transforming complex ideas into user-friendly content. I specialize in crafting documentation that empowers users, streamlines support, and bridges the gap between product and users. With a background in SaaS, I bring structure, empathy, and a sharp eye for detail to every piece of content. I currently own the knowledge base at Canopy, where I write articles that support users and customer-facing teams. Currently, I'm expanding my skills into data analytics to complement my content expertise with insights-driven strategy. With hands-on experience in tools like Mixpanel and an eye toward storytelling with data, I’m actively developing the ability to connect user behavior to business impact. 🤝 I thrive in cross-functional teams, love continuous learning, and get energized working in dynamic SaaS environment. Always open to connecting with others in the technical writing, product, and data communities!
