Hi, I am Irina Aven. I am a Digital Marketing obsessionist.I find great companies and implement winning marketing strategies into their day-to-day activities to help them get more leads, convert more leads into clients, and essentially grow their business. This all starts with the conversation. I focus on a one-on-one value-based consultative approach. Throughout the process, we uncover objectives, goals, and main obstacles that are holding businesses from reaching their financial goals. We then work on the strategies together, carefully crafting one or two that aligns with their needs the most, as there is no one size fits all approach. Next is my favorite stage: implementation and execution. We keep the conversation going as a backbone through the entire process to keep marketing optimization on point, as business goals, measures of success, financial targets, and obstacles are fluid and will change as we go. The above process forms a long-lasting strategic partnership between me and the organization with a market share and social share growth as an ultimate goal of ours.Fun and not so fun facts about me:1. I put the customer at the center of all I do. Not only that I do it for the customer, we're doing it together. I am a firm believer in the power of the team, and I spark joy helping our team win.2. I love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technologies. I create, implement, scale, and optimize marketing systems that drive measurable results. To accomplish this, I focus on key objectives, financial goals, overcome main obstacles, build amazing teams, and quickly adapt to new insights. When I am not working on making someone's business succeed, I am working on myself- I go crazy about digital technologies and can talk your ear off about back-end integrations, plug-ins, automation, sequences, cool software, and seas of tools you can use for your business- I build chatbots out of pure curiosity. My digital heaven would be to have a company with an endless marketing budget that would allow me to test without any limitations all of the tools, platforms, and variations available nowadays just for the sake of testing, playing around, and gathering data. My daily "Must" habits are coffee, meditation, nonfiction books, and my amazing Doberman pup Xena. I am a socially extroverted introvert, so whenever I am away from my desk, I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
