About Irina Micu

I am an energic person, an active and self-assertive person (I tend to do things in my own way). I am self-confident, ambitious and passionate about things I like. I like to think that I provide positive energy and that I am a humorous person. I tend to be blunt and direct when providing opinions and I like to fight for my beliefs while thinking first (in order to have strong reasoning and arguments). I have evidence of emotional intelligence in most situations, although feelings are often very difficult for me to verbalize, thus having the tendency to be very quiet, while also overthinking. I am analytical and I love getting to the roots of problems. Other people/colleagues may regard me as shy, eccentric or even grumpy (when I focus too much, or really early in the morning), but those who know me well are aware of the loyalty/consideration that I have to my good leaders and friends.
