As the Chief of Staff and Transformation Leader for Digital Customer Relationship at Schneider Electric, I strategize programs, support the leadership team, and deliver strong digital user and customer journeys for the global leader in energy management and automation. I have been in this role for over a year, and have attended Transforming Schneider Leadership from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools. With more than eleven years of experience in managing digital applications and projects for supplier and buyer digitization, I have a proven track record of enabling efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across the sourcing, contracting, and relationship management processes. I am also skilled in data warehousing, data visualization, and ETL technologies, such as Informatica, SQL, Power BI, QlikView, Teradata, and Alteryx. My goal is to leverage my functional and technical expertise to drive innovation and value creation for Schneider Electric and its stakeholders.
