About Irini Dieringer

With a degree in Holistic Health & Nutrition, formal training as a Holistic Nutritionist, and certification as a Plant Based Nutritionist from eCornell University, I have a solid foundation in the field of natural health. I am also a certified power yoga instructor. I specialize in helping people heal from chronic disease by helping them understanding the link between how we think what we eat, and how these things affect the vibrational state of our body. As a natural health specialist, I work as a catalyst to help guide people from a state of sickness, chronic disease, and distress, to a state of balance. My approach is a whole-body approach as nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle to restoring health - the relationships in our lives, the quality of the air we breathe and the water we drink, our fitness level, career and spiritual pursuits each play a key role in a balanced life. I also work with the human energy field to help my clients restore health, identifying energy disturbances in the body that underlies the health condition. In my past life, I provided technical leadership in both Manager and Director level roles for companies including First Data Corporation, Alcatel and CurtCo Media. I have managed technology teams in excess of 25 employees both nationally and internationally, and managed budgets in excess of $9M.
