As a Learning And Development Specialist at Camden National Bank, I create authentic and engaging learning and enrichment opportunities for the employees and stakeholders of the organization. I use data analysis, leadership development, and Articulate Storyline skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective and innovative training programs and solutions.I am passionate about self-expression and personal growth, and I apply this holistic approach to my professional and personal life. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Leadership and Management from St. Francis Xavier University, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I also have two certifications in TechSmith Camtasia and Talent Optimization Consultant from The Predictive Index. I am always seeking new opportunities to learn and grow as a HR professional and as a person.I enjoy riding my peloton, reading my favorite book (Pride and Prejudice), spending time with my family, and networking with other professionals in my field.
