About Iris Govaerts
After graduating in Office Management International Business in 2017, I found it important to first gain experience as a Management Assistant in various companies and industries. That's why I decided to start working as a freelancer. As a freelance management assistant, I was able to get to know different jobs and tasks. It also allowed me to experience different company cultures and learn which one suits me best. I did this for 5,5 years and combined this for 3 years with my own children's and women's clothing store in the center of Antwerp. That way I made the most of my independent experience. Despite this educational period, in November 2022 I felt it was time to look for a job where I could become a fixed value within a company that shares the same dynamic DNA as me. This led me to Moore Belgium where I have held the position of Personal Assistant since January 2023.
