With a passion for Operations Research, supply chain risk and digital consulting, I am always looking for new business needs that I can support with pragmatic and reliable approaches. I am a pioneer in supply chain risk analytics. Since 2008 I have been developing new approaches and solutions that support the execution of supply chain stress tests and mitigation design. To me, the focus on identifying supply chain risks, quantitatively assessing their financial impact on revenue or service levels, and designing effective countermeasures are key to determining resilient E2E supply chains. With more than 17 years’ experience in digital consulting as a management and IT consultant and as researcher, I have a profound expertise in supply chain analytics particularly in the field of risk-aware and quantitative decision-making in network design, supply chain planning and operations management. Applying methods and algorithms from Operations Research, adapting them to current business needs and developing new innovative and pragmatic solutions have always been my core competences.
