I am a PhD Graduate from the Union Institute & University with 20+ years driving achievement of financial, operational, and strategic goals by optimizing budgeting, financial valuation, and planning processes. My expertise lies in non-profit management, education, community outreach programs development volunteer management, high-risk/health disparities programs development, and, cultural/diversity programs development. Also, as a small business owner for the past 10 years, I maintain a staff of 40-50, and oversee all aspects of my business-including staff management, customer relations, marketing, sales, budget and finance management. Other areas of expertise includes classroom instruction, curriculum and professional development, strategic partnerships development, and education and student support.
