About Iris Kolenich

I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages problem solve and encourage discovery and action towards what brings joy. Throughout my career, this commitment has remained a steadfast guiding principle. Recently, I had an empowering experience of working with a client who felt like they couldn’t go home because of the environment there. They shared the details of where they were and where they would like to be. Six months later when we spoke on the phone it was happening; hearing their renewed confidence and excitement over the phone was truly heartwarming and empowering. They weren’t there yet but it took the biggest push to get the ball rolling and appreciated the continued support. My goal is to assist others in their journeys and support them in achieving as a challenger and a coach and use those same mentalities in my personal life. They are skills to always be developed and grown and I’ll continue to learn and maintain a positive attitude toward the challenges that arise. It’s difficult being comfortable in the uncomfortable and it’s a working progress but it’s often living rent free in my mind when starting a new adventure or tackling a project.
