About Iris Korczyn

I’m a strategic leader with over 20 years in the non-profit sector, specialising in autism and neurodiversity. My work centres on creating impact via co-production, equity, and systemic change—designing and scaling services that reflect lived experience and drive meaningful impact.As Director of Services at a bi-regional autism charity, I oversee an extensive services portfolio supporting over individuals annually. I’ve led the development of all-age autism hubs, shaped local authority strategies, and contributed to national conversations on neurodiversity. My leadership is rooted in collaboration, trust, and innovation.I am led by a commitment to create a fairer society and as such see the third sector as my home. Following an MA in Psychology, I achieved an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management, with a focus on finance.
