Hi there! Me in a nutshell : I believe in experience, choices and meetings. I love nature, landscapes, animals and biodiversity and people listening their heart as they can.^^ I love to travel, to smile, to breathe. I believe that communication is the cornerstone for a most of the subjects (pro and perso ones). Glad to share with you what I enjoy to work with as hardskills as softskills - travel and share memories- leadership and management development- shaping and implementing a strategy- helping periods of cultural changes (merger, acquisition, …)- adapt and be flexible to different environment- transversal functions- sales and business development- create synery between cultures and peoples- make life smile I offer a structured approach and a great adaptability to new projects, places and I am oriented to find solutions. I always prefer having a positive outlook on life. Thanks to my intercultural and international experiences, I am flexible, creative and with a great multicultural understanding. The diversity inhances creativity and innovation. I love working on transversal functions, meeting people and sharing experiences. Complex and demanding environments are my favlrite places. Mainly raised in Latin America, Europe, and Canada / USA, I speak fluently 4 languages as French (mothertongue), English, Portuguese, Spanish. I have done 7 years of German at school - easier for me to reach this new language and also, I am open and happy learning another language. Italian is the easiest to reach at first. Various industries experiences (medical diagnostic, importation / exportation, fruits & vegetables, energy, restauration, events, MBAs schools, coaching consultancy, own company.). Dream job : to travel, to share moments w people, to be active and quiet, in balance, to be flexible and adaptative, to meet people and cultures and traditions from all over the world. To make people smile and be happy. To feel fullish w diversity, nature, sport, interculturality & unforseen events (more spice in life). I am a hard worker so it's part of my day to day professional life. Finally, I am certified in participative management, emotional management, caoching, neursciences, biology and engineering.
