I have been working in the Travel Industry for the last 18 years. I graduated from an aeronautical school with a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism majoring in Airline Operations. Travel is my passion and I have dedicated my full career in learning and gaining vast experience in this field. During these years, I have worked with 3 major travel companies and airline in the Gulf Region; Gulf Air - the flag carrier of Bahrain, Regency Travel and Tours - the biggest travel agency in Qatar and Al Arabi Travel Agency - one of the oldest and bespoke travel agency in Dubai. I have handled VIP bookings, corporate and leisure travel as well as managed teams of consultants. One of the highlights of my career managing the travel for Al Jazeera TV Network in Qatar. This task involves planning, monitoring and managing all the travels of the journalists and media team to the different news bureaus, breaking news locations, staff relocations and their personal holidays. I have successfully handled the travel for significant world events such as World Cup, Olympics, political unrests in the Gulf Region and worldwide calamities. With this, I am very aware and adapted to the dynamic travel environment in the TV and media industry. I am very well versed with several GDS, accounting systems and travel online platforms. I pride myself with my attention to detail, quick turnaround and my dedication.
