LVN Field Nurse, with over 20 years of experience, caring for patients in home settings under the supervision of RN and Physician. I have currently completed IT training at ACI learning, San Antonio Texas, working towards my ITIL, A+, Networking, and Security + certifications. Having a nursing background allows me to bring attention to Detail. This skill is transferable to IT, where precision is crucial in tasks such as system analysis, and troubleshooting. I have great communicating skills on daily basis with a healthcare team, this skill can be valuable in IT for effective collaboration, explaining technical issues to non-experts, and working in project teams. I consider myself a great problem-Solver. I'm trained to identify and prioritize urgent issues with appropriate chain of command. I am easily trainable with a great attitude. I am bilingual, typing an average of 45-50 wpm, proficient in HCHB Medical software, Kinnser Medical software, proficient in Wound Vac application and trouble shooting.
