About Iris Sawyers

I currently work at National Park College in Hot Springs, Ar as a Peer Career Coach with Terry Bright. I advise students as well as help them find their interests and personality type, as well as work with them on interviewing and resumes. I have been self employed for three years, I run my own business in Western Arkansas. The Flying Lantern is an art business that I manage all finances, scheduling shows, buying supplies, as well as designing all art and handing all sales. Working with others is my strong point, be it coworkers or customers. I love working with other people to get a unique outcome that is exactly what they are looking for. I also manage my own band based out of Hot Springs, Sawyer. I am the frontperson, singer, songwriter, keyboardist, and rhythm guitarist. In working with the crowd, on stage and off, I have learned how to better handle people and work with all types of personalities.
